A lot of us seem to be obsessing with Matte Lippies nowadays, (I'm Guilty Here!) Because Why the hell not??? Matte Lipsticks are staples in your Make Up Kit! I don't even have to justify right?

But how much are we actually spending for these irresistible piece of heaven?

Well, a good Matte Lipstick can costs from Php 450 - Php 2,000, depending on the Brand. A High End Matte Lipstick costs around Php 5,000. Crazy right? But women actually BUY it! Nothing wrong around it, except that, is this all where our money is going? Are we seriously making Kylie Jenner richer?

Well, if we can actually spend let's say an average of Php 5,000 for beautification, then probably we can also spend it for buying Paper Assets.

While it's good to LOOK GOOD, it also is SMART if we put some of our hard-earned money in things that makes our money grow, or puts more money in our pocket so we can buy more LIPSTICKS (Yey!) I'm kidding!

Here's how it works:

Let's say you decided that you'll spend Php 5,000 on Paper Assets, let's say for example Mutual Funds, in which your money is being managed and invested by Fund Experts and you are actually buying shares of the Top Corporations here in the Philippines, how much will your Php 5,000 go in 5-10 years?

Depending on which Funds you chose to invest and depending on the market and fund performance, AND ASSUMING THAT YOU ONLY PUT IN A ONE-TIME INVESTMENT (meaning, you're not investing on a monthly basis) your money could look like this:

Check this out!

It may actually look like it's not too much but hey, this is waaaaay much better than saving it in the BANK because aside from the super O.A low interest plus tax, there's a high chance that you'll just take it and spend it and wonder again where your money went! And what if you're investing 5,000 regularly on a monthly basis? Imagine what kind of growth will your money have!

So you see, it's possible to have the best of both worlds - Your Lipsticks and Paper Assets. Just stay SMART and SASSY.
