The Hiatus

So a lot of my readers are asking, Where the Hell is Miss Investor?

She has probably been to seven hells, yeah. Kidding

But why was she ever gone?

Brace yourselves girls, because this is a major confession happening right in your face.

Confession #1

She’s was gone because she’s LAZY AF!

Yeah, her introvert self loves to sleep. She can even do it for 17 hrs. Talk about Hibernate here hell yeah!!!

Confession #2

She was gone because she got major depression

Well it’s not easy to admit that to everyone especially in this society full of judgmental and know-it-all individuals (I’m guilty here) but yeah, she went through a tough time and one of the major causes was her having to take pills for her Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). It’s so common for women but we don’t talk about it. Can you believe it, she’s craving for TURON at 12AM! My goodness! Who does that?? Damn hormones!

But more than that….

Confession #3

She was gone because she wanted to get lost and find her way

When she started Miss Investor she didn’t know what was the bigger purpose of it. Yeah she liked the attention, she liked the compliments “Oh you’re blog looks cool” and she's like “wow thanks” and then what’s next?

Until one day, she got tired of writing and posting shit. And after that she thought she’d just close it down coz, who cares if it closes down? She won’t lose a single peso from it. She wouldn’t even earn from it. So what the fuck? Who cares???

Then a friend personally messaged her and said “Finally, I got to read your blog!” and she's like, “yeah I’m about to shut it down.”

And her friend said that she had really took an effort to look for that article that Miss Investor wrote, that she almost lost hope in finding it.

And that day, it came to her that Miss Investor wasn’t about herself after all.

Miss Investor is every woman. Every woman who dares to be knowledgeable, literate and freaking awesome in terms of handling money and her own damn life!

This was the missing piece – Purpose. Contribution.

Mark Zuckerberg didn’t create facebook to make billions. He created it because he saw the magic of Facebook. How it can connect people. Miss Investor wasn’t created for billions as well (but if it’s going to come to that point, why not?) More than that, she was born to serve.
